Create a new offer

To launch a campaign, you need to create an offer on Affise. You can find all created offers in the Offers section.

💰 The number of offers may be limited on certain plans. Contact your Affise account manager to learn more.

Before you begin

Create a new offer

  1. In the Offers section, click New Offer.

  2. Select Complete Offer Builder.

  3. Set the following tabs:

🔎 You can enable the Simple mode toggle to create the offer faster. In this mode, you only need to configure the following tabs:

General

On the General tab, define general information about the offer:

  1. In the Name field, enter a descriptive title of the offer.

  2. In the Advertiser drop-down list, select the advertiser of the offer.

  3. Optional. In the Visibility drop-down list, select the privacy levels of the offer. Read more about Offer privacy levels.

  4. Optional. In the Status drop-down list, select the status of the offer. Read more about Offer statuses.

  5. Optional. Enable the Send email to active affiliates on offer status changing toggle to send notifications to active affiliates when offer status changes.

  6. Optional. In the Preview URL field, enter the link to a live preview of the offer's landing page for affiliates to preview.

  7. Optional. In the Description section, enter a summary of the offer.

    ⚠️ The maximum supported size of description text is 30,000 characters.

  8. Optional. In the Thumbnail section, click Upload to upload the thumbnail.

    ⚠️ Available formats: .PNG, .JPEG, .JPG.

9. Optional. In the Channels/Traffic sources drop-down list, select the allowed traffic channels.

10. Optional. In the Categories drop-down list, select the offer's vertical.

11. Optional. In the Labels/Tags drop-down list, select internal tags for filtering and organizing offers. Read more about tags here.

12. Optional. Set the advanced settings. Read more about it here.

Tracking & Controls

On the Tracking & Controls tab, specify tracking parameters:

  1. Optional. In the Select tracking domain drop-down list, select the tracking domain that should be used to generate affiliate links for the offer.

  2. In the Base Destination URL/Tracking URL field, enter the advertiser's final campaign link. Read more about setting up integration with an advertiser.

  3. Optional. In the Fallback URL/Trafficback URL field, enter the trafficback link. Read more about Trafficback.

  4. Optional. Enable the Enforce IP uniqueness toggle to mark conversions with the same IP in statistics with the 'Duplicate IP' comment.

  5. Optional. Enable the Block duplicate IPs toggle to prevent multiple orders from the same IP within the chosen window.

  6. Optional. In the Validation period/Hold period and Type fields, specify the delay before conversion is approved (in days or hours). Read more about it here.

  7. Optional. In the Cookie window and Cookie window value fields, specify the time period when a conversion is allowed for click & impression.

  8. Optional. In the Minimal click & impression session lifespan and Lifespan fields, specify the time period during which a conversion is attributed to a click or impression.

Targeting

On the Targeting tab, set targeting rules for the offer:

  1. In the Enter the name field, enter the name of the targeting group.

  2. Specify the condition for the targeting group (AND / OR).

  3. Enable or disable the targeting group using the toggle (On / Off).

  4. In the Affiliates drop-down list, select the affiliates.

  5. Optional. In the Preset drop-down list, select a ready-made preset.

  6. In the Countries/Cities/Regions drop-down lists, select the needed GEO settings.

🔎 If you want to exclude a specific entity, use the Exclude checkbox.

7. Optional. Click Add URL, and in the Targeting group URLs, set URLs and weights. Read more about it here.

8. Optional. Set the advanced settings. Read more about it here.

9. Optional. In the Personal targeting settings section, set the Consider personal targeting only and Duplicate clicks threshold.

Postbacks

On the Postbacks tab, set integration pixels and affiliate postbacks. Read more about it here.

Revenue & Payouts

On the Revenue & Payouts tab, set the financial terms of the offer:

  1. Select affiliates or select affiliate tags in the corresponding fields.

  2. In the Events title drop-down list, select the title of the event.

  3. In the Value field, enter the name for the conversion event.

  4. In the Payout type drop-down list, select the model for calculating payouts. Read more about payout types here.

  5. In the Currency drop-down list, select the currency.

  6. In the Revenue field, specify the payout for conversion from the advertiser.

  7. In the Payout field, specify the affiliate's payout amount.

  8. In the Countries/Cities drop-down list, select the needed countries/cities.

  9. In the Devices drop-down list, select the needed devices.

  10. In the OS drop-down list, select the needed OS.

🔎 If you want to exclude a specific entity, use the Exclude checkbox.

11. Optional. Set the advanced settings. Read more about it here.

Caps

On the Caps tab, set the limits:

  1. Click Add new cap.

  2. Optional. Enable the Overcap is on toggle if you want the system to redirect clicks to the Trafficback URL once the cap is reached. Read more about Overcap.

  3. Optional. Set the advanced settings. Read more about it here.

  4. In the Limit value field, select the limit.

  5. In the Type drop-down list, select the cap type.

  6. In the from affiliates section, specify the affiliates to which the cap applies.

    • All: for all affiliates who have access to the offer.

    • Each: for each affiliate enabled to the offer:

      • if an offer’s privacy level is Public, for each affiliate with the Active status.

      • if an affiliate isn’t disabled from the offer or the advertiser.

    • Select: only for the affiliate(-s) selected in the rule.
      Or select affiliate tags in the corresponding drop-down list.

  7. In the from countries section, specify the countries to which the cap applies.

    • All: applies to all countries.

    • Each: for each country.

    • Select: certain country (might be several ones).

  8. In the Timeframe drop-down list, select the timeframe. Read more about it here.

  9. Optional. Set the advanced settings. Read more about it here.

Landing Pages

On the Landing Pages tab, add and manage offer's landing pages:

  1. Click Add new landing.

  2. In the Title field, enter the landing title.

  3. In the Type drop-down list, select the type (Landing, Prelanding).

  4. In the Base Destination URL field, enter the advertiser final campaign link where users will be redirected after a click is tracked.

  5. In the Preview URL field, enter a link to a live preview of the offer landing page for affiliates to review.

Creatives

On the Creatives tab, set the offer creatives:

  1. Click Upload file and then Add file.

  2. Select the required file on your device and open it.

  3. Click Add creatives.

Commission Tiers

On the Commission Tiers tab, adjust payouts and revenue when conditions are met:

  1. Select the Enable commission tiers toggle.

  2. Click Add commission tier.

  3. Set the commission tier rule. Read more about it here.

3rd-Party / Plugins

On the 3rd-Party / Plugins tab, select the required plugins.

After you complete all required fields, click Create & publish. The system adds the offer to the Offers list.
