An offer is a key and most used entity on Affise. Offer is a kit of settings, which allows you to inform affiliates about basic and advanced requirements to traffic, set up integration with advertisers and affiliates, set up restrictions and limits on traffic, and protect it with the security measures. It's crucial to set up an offer correctly, as it affects the work of other features on Affise.

Offer edit page

You can find offers in the Offers section (read more about the Offer list here). To get to an offer edit page, go to Offers > a certain offer > Edit offer.

General

Here you see basic information about a campaign:

  • Title: the offer title.

  • Description: the offer description for your affiliates. You can add the description in several languages (depending on which are supported in the Affiliate panel).

⚠️ The maximum supported size of description text is 30,000 symbols.

  • Advertiser: the offer advertiser.

  • Manager: the offer manager.

🔎 Statistics for the offers assigned to managers is displayed to the advertiser's manager for the offer. Offer managers simply see the statistics for the offers they are assigned to.

  • External offer ID: the external offer ID. It appears if you imported the offer, or if CPAPI pulled it to Affise (in this case it has the ID in the advertiser system).

  • Bundle ID: the ID of your mobile application in the application market (Google Play, App Store).

  • KPI: KPIs for your affiliates. You can add the description in several languages (depending on which are supported in the Affiliate panel).

⚠️ The maximum supported size of KPI text is 30,000 symbols.

  • Traffic sources: traffic sources allowed to be used by your affiliates. You can add more traffic sources in Settings > Content > Traffic sources.

  • Logo: the offer logo.

  • Tags: the offer tag, which you can use to group offers and search for the group in Statistics.

  • Top offer: the option, which allocates this offer in the Top section on the affiliate panel. It is a way to promote the offer among your affiliates.

  • CPI: the option, which indicates whether your offer is CPI or not.

⚠️ Affiliates see it only via API.

  • Offer sсhedule and Timezone: the offer schedule allows you to regulate the day and time when the offer has the Active status. The offer schedule uses its own timezone, which can differ from the general instance timezone.

  • Start at: the date when the offer gets the Active status. Read more about this option.

  • Stop date: the date when the offer gets the Disable status. Read more about this option.

  • Send email to active webmasters before stopping: a notification for your affiliates, which the system sends, when the offer gets the Disable status according to the Stop date option.

  • Categories: verticals, which the offer belongs to. You can add more categories in Settings > Content > Categories.

  • IO document: the legal agreement between you and affiliates on sending traffic to the offer. Read more about this option.

  • Notes: an internal note (not visible for your affiliates).

Tracking

Here you see all settings related to the tracking of clicks and impressions, as well as some anti-fraud tools that help prevent conversion fraud. Read the following articles, which cover almost all options here:

Here you can set up a redirect type for redirects:

  • HTTP 302: a basic type of redirect, supported by most browsers.

  • HTTP meta-redirect: it redirects the user after some time has passed. Meta refresh redirects are most commonly associated with a five-second countdown with the text "If you are not redirected in five seconds, click here." You can use this type of redirect to hide referrer in Statistics.

  • JS meta-redirect: it serves as HTTP meta-redirect, but with the help of JS code. You can use this type of redirect to hide referrer in Statistics.

  • 302 redirect with hidden referrer: it replaces the referrer with Affise tracking domain instead.
