Add an affiliate

On Affise, you can add affiliates and set up their profile.

Add an affiliate

  1. Go to Affiliates > Affiliates management.

  2. Click the New affiliate button.

  3. Fill in all the fields.

  4. Click Create.

Set up an affiliate profile

General

1. In the Email field, enter your affiliate email.

2. Optional. In the Company name field, enter your affiliate company name.

⚠️ The Email and Company name fields must be different. Otherwise, it can affect the tracking flow.

3. Optional. In the Contact person field, enter your affiliate name.

4. Optional. In the Manager drop-down list, select a manager for your affiliate.

5. Optional. In the Status drop-down list, select your affiliate status. See information about Affiliates statuses.

6. Optional. In the Referral partner drop-down list, select the main affiliate (the affiliate who has shared the referral link). Read more about the Referral program.

7. Optional. In the Referral percent field, enter your affiliate referral percent. Read more about the Referral program.

⚠️ Referral percent must be between 0 and 100.

8. Enter your affiliate password in the correspondent field.

9. Optional. In the Address 1, Address 2, City, Zip code fields, enter the detailed information about the place where the affiliate performs their activity.

10. In the Country field, enter the country where the affiliate performs the activity.

11. Optional. In the Phone number field, select the phone number of your affiliate.

12. Optional. In the Tags field, select a tag for a certain affiliate.

⚠️ Allows symbols: a-z, A-z, 0-9, from 2 to 32 symbols overall. All affiliates can have up to 300 unique tags. You can't add two same tags for one affiliate. But you can add the same tag for the affiliate and the offer, or the advertiser and the affiliate.

13. Optional. In the Tipalti payee ID field, enter the details of the affiliate Tipalti account.

14. In the Custom fields section, enter the needed information.

🔎 If you lack the needed fields in the registration form of your affiliates, go to Settings > Registration to add more by using custom sign-up fields.

15. Optional. In the Enabled offers/Disabled offers fields, enter the offers you want to connect to the affiliate or disconnect from them.

16. Optional. In the Enabled offers/Disabled advertisers field, enter the advertisers which offers you want to connect to the affiliate or disconnect from them.

⚠️ Access to a certain offer has priority over access to all offers of an advertiser. If you disable the advertiser (all his offers) by this option, but the affiliate is still enabled for one of the offers, the affiliate will be able to send traffic for this particular offer. In this case, the system displays the offer as available in the Affiliate Panel.

17. Optional. In the Enabled smartlinks/Disabled smartlinks fields, enter the smartlinks you want to connect to the affiliate or disconnect from them. See information about Smartlinks.

18. Optional. In the Affiliate trafficback URL fields, set the affiliate trafficback URL.

🔎 You can use it when you want all the filtered clicks from this affiliate to go to a separate URL. This is useful when you want to send the traffic from a certain affiliate to a specific trafficback without your URL to be affected.

This trafficback URL takes precedence over other types of trafficback (local and global). Read more about Trafficback here.

💰 Affiliate trafficback URL is available only for certain plans. Contact your Affise account manager to get the feature.

19. Optional. In the Note field, enter your notes.

20. Optional. In the Sub account 1 & 2 fields, enter sub accounts to whitelist them. Write one or more values delimited by a comma for the filter sub account. To block sub accounts, select the Block checkbox to the right of the field.

⚠️ Only digits, letters, commas are available.

Payment systems

On this tab, you can view affiliate payment systems. You can add a new payment systems, edit existing ones, or remove them.

Auth log

You can also find the affiliate auth log for the last seven days by clicking the Auth log button.

Postbacks and Javascript pixels

After adding an affiliate, you can see two more tabs on the affiliate edit page: Postbacks and Javascript pixels.

On the Postbacks tab, you can find affiliate postbacks information, filter it by the offer and postback type, add a new postback, edit existing ones, or remove them.

On the Javascript pixels tab, you can find affiliate pixels information, add a new pixel, edit existing ones, or remove them.
