Before you begin
Affise provides you an opportunity to customize fields for a sign-up form for your affiliates. Besides the standard information that your affiliates indicate, you can gather any other additional information about your affiliates.
Add custom registration fields
In Settings > Affiliates > Registration, click Add sign-up field.
In the appeared window, type the title of your field.
Select the Required checkbox if you want to make the new custom field mandatory at the time of registration.
Select the View checkbox, if you want to make the new custom field visible at the time of registration. The field with this checkbox is visible in the affiliate profile.
⚠️ If the field is required, select the View checkbox too. Otherwise, you cannot save the settings.
5. Select the field type to determine the actions of your affiliate while registering.
Text: your affiliate types a text in the field. The text limit is 255 symbols.
Select: your affiliate selects the option from a drop-down list.
Checkbox: your affiliate selects any number of checkboxes that you offer or leaves them empty.
Radio: your affiliate selects only one of the options that you offer or leaves the field empty.
Multi-line text: your affiliate types a text in the window. The text limit is 2000 symbols.
Hidden text: you type a text in this field when you register an affiliate in the Admin panel.
6. Save your custom registration field. Further, you can add one more field or go to the custom field list.
During the registration, a new affiliate sees the custom fields as shown below:
Already existing affiliates can see the new custom fields in their profiles.
Custom sign-up fields appear in the Admin panel when you create an affiliate.
