Bulk actions allow you to carry out repeated actions faster and easier. By using them, you don't need to perform one action at a time and spend a lot of time. Select all needed entities and perform the action for all of them.

On Affise, you can use bulk actions when working with advertisers, affiliates, offers, and statistics.

Advertisers

On the Advertisers list page, you can approve, reject affiliates, and delete advertisers via bulk actions.

πŸ”Ž If you want to work with all advertisers on the current page, select the Toggle All Rows selected checkbox in the column header:

Approve and reject affiliates

  1. On the Advertisers list page (Advertisers > Advertisers management), select the advertiser by selecting the Toggle Row Selected checkboxes.

  2. Click the Affiliates Actions button.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Click the Approve radio button to enable affiliates.

    • Click the Reject radio button to disable affiliates.

  4. Optional. Select the Apply all within filter checkbox if you want to apply the changes to all advertisers through all the pages, not only the current one.

  5. Select the needed affiliates from the list.

  6. Click the Apply only selected/Apply all within filter button.

The system applies the changes within five minutes.

Delete advertisers

  1. On the Advertisers list page (Advertisers > Advertisers management), select the advertiser by selecting the Toggle Row Selected checkboxes.

  2. Click Delete. You see a warning window that shows the number of selected advertisers.

  3. In the field, type the Delete word.

πŸ”Ž Affise uses this validation to prevent accidental deleting of advertisers. The case of the word doesn't matter.​

4. Click Delete.

Affiliates

On the Affiliates list page, you can assign a status, manager, manage tags, and delete affiliates via bulk actions.

πŸ”Ž If you want to work with all affiliates on the current page, select the Toggle All Rows selected checkbox in the column's header.

Assign a status

  1. On the Affiliates list page (Affiliates > Affiliates Management), select the affiliates by selecting the Toggle Row Selected checkboxes.

  2. Click the Assign status button.

  3. Select the needed status by clicking the correspondent radio button.

  4. Click the Assign status on # affiliates button.

πŸ”Ž When you change affiliate status via bulk actions, the system sends them email notifications about it.

Assign a manager

If you don't see this action in the bulk actions tab, check your permissions. Read about it here.

  1. On the Affiliates list page (Affiliates > Affiliates Management), select the affiliates by selecting the Toggle Row Selected checkboxes.

  2. Click the Assign manager button.

  3. Search for a needed manager by the name or email.

  4. Select the needed manager.

πŸ”Ž The list of managers contains all the users, regardless of the user type they have.

5. Click the Assign manager on # affiliates button.

Manage tags

You can either add a new tag or delete all the tags the affiliate has.

⚠️ When you add a new tag via bulk actions, the system adds this tag to ones the affiliate already has. When you delete tags via bulk actions, the system deletes all tags, including ones added on the affiliate's edit page.

  1. On the Affiliates list page (Affiliates > Affiliates Management), select the affiliates by selecting the Toggle Row Selected checkboxes.

  2. Click the Edit tags button.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Click the Add new tags radio button to add a tag. Then enter the tag and press Enter.

    • Click the Clear all tags radio button to delete all tags.

  4. To apply changes, click the Assign tags to # affiliates button or the Clear tags from # affiliates button, depending on the option you chose.


Delete affiliates

  1. On the Affiliates list page (Affiliates > Affiliates Management), select the affiliates by selecting the Toggle Row Selected checkboxes.

  2. Click Delete. You see a warning window that shows the number of selected affiliates.

  3. In the field, type the Delete word.

4. Click Delete.

Offers

On the Offers list page, you can manage payouts, caps, connect affiliates to offers, change offers' status and privacy level, and delete offers.

πŸ”Ž If you want to work with all offers on the current page, select the Toggle All Rows selected checkbox in the column's header.

To reset the choice, click the Reset selection button:

Manage payouts

  1. On the Offers list page, select the offers by selecting the Toggle Row Selected checkboxes.

  2. Click the Edit Payouts button. You see the general payouts list.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Click the Add to existing radio button to add a payout to existing ones. Then click the Add new payout button.

    • Click the Replace payouts radio button to replace payouts, which already exist in the offer, with new ones. Then click the Add new payout button.

    • Click the Delete all radio button to delete all payouts, including ones existing in the offer. Then type the Delete word (the case doesn't matter), and click the Delete payouts from # offers button. It's the last step. You don't need to proceed with the rest.

⚠️ As the offer cannot exist without payouts at all, one general payout appears in the offer after deleting payouts.

4. Set up the payout. You can learn how to do it here.

5. Click the Add Payout button. The payout appears in the general payouts list.

⚠️ By clicking the Add Payout button, you don't add it to the offer/replace the existing ones. To do it, proceed with the next step.​

6. In the general payouts list, click Confirm to add all payouts on the list to the offer/replace the existing ones.

Manage caps

  1. On the Offers list page, select the offers by selecting the Toggle Row Selected checkboxes.

  2. Click the Edit Caps button. You see the general payouts list.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Click the Add to existing radio button to add a cap to existing ones. Then click the Add new cap button.

    • Click the Replace caps radio button to replace caps, which already exist in the offer, with new ones. Set up the general cap if needed. Then click the Add new cap button.

    • Click the Delete all radio button to delete all caps, including ones existing in the offer. Then type the Delete word (the case doesn't matter), and click the Delete caps from # offers button. It's the last step. You don't need to proceed with the rest.

⚠️ As the offer cannot exist without payouts at all, one general payout appears in the offer after deleting payouts.

4. Set up the cap rule. You can learn how to do it here.

5. Click the Add cap button. The cap appears in the general caps list.

When selecting a certain goal, you need to choose a goal title used in at least one offer. If all offers contain only goal values, but no goal titles, the system doesn't show such goals in the drop-down list.

⚠️ By clicking the Add cap button on this step, you don't add it to the offer/replace the existing ones. To do it, proceed with the next step.​

6. In the general caps list, click Confirm to add all caps on the list to the offer/replace the existing ones.

Assign affiliates

  1. On the Offers list page, select the offers by selecting the Toggle Row Selected checkboxes.

  2. Click the Assign Affiliate button.

  3. Search for needed affiliates by the name, email, or tag.

  4. Select the needed affiliates.

  5. Click the Assign # selected affiliates button.

πŸ”Ž The system sent the notification to affiliates when they're connected to the offer via bulk actions.

Change status

  1. On the Offers list page, select the offers by selecting the Toggle Row Selected checkboxes.

  2. Click the Change Status button.

  3. Select the needed status.

  4. Click the Assign status to # offers button.

Change privacy

  1. On the Offers list page, select the offers by selecting the Toggle Row Selected checkboxes.

  2. Click the Change Privacy button.

  3. Select the needed privacy level.

  4. Click the Assign privacy to # offers button.

Delete offers

  1. On the Offers list page, select the offers by selecting the Toggle Row Selected checkboxes.

  2. Click Delete. You see a warning window that shows the number of selected offers.

  3. In the field, type the Delete word.

Statistics

In the Conversions slice of Statistics, you can change status, payout, revenue, currency, add comment and use multiple actions via bulk actions.

πŸ”Ž If you want to work with all conversions on the current page, select the Toggle All Rows selected checkbox in the column's header.

  1. In the Conversions slice of Statistic, select the conversions by selecting the Toggle Row Selected checkboxes.

  2. Select the needed action type (change status, change payout, revenue, currency, add comment) by clicking a correspondent button.

  3. Perform the needed action.

  4. Click Apply.

Multiple actions

If you want to perform different changes at a time, the Multiple Actions option might be helpful.

  1. In the Conversions slice of Statistic, select the conversions by selecting the Toggle Row Selected checkboxes.

  2. Click the Multiple Actions button.

  3. Make the needed changes and click Confirm.
