Column management

You can create a new column to analyze the metrics you need.

With the help of Calculator widget, you can apply formulas and create new metrics and indicators. Read more about it here.

You can also customize the statistics by changing the order of columns or hiding the columns you don't need. Use the Settings option:

You can see three options:

  • Move columns: use the option to move the columns within the table and change their order. You can move custom columns too.

  • Show/Hide columns: use the option to show or hide some columns, which you don't need while analyzing your statistics (you can apply it to default and custom columns).

  • Delete custom columns: use the option to delete the custom column.

🔎 If you need to rename any of the default columns, hide the existing column and create a new one with the help of the Calculator widget.

In some slices, you can manage data performance by showing/hiding columns with the help of the Edit column button:

Sorting

Sorting option allows you to sort the data across all pages of the Statistics section. You can sort upward or downward.

You can also sort across the current page by clicking the column name:

Drop-down groups

You can use drop-down groups for better understanding and analysis. This feature breaks down the statistics by various additional parameters. It allows to have several reports within one page.

⚠️ Keep in mind the following peculiarities:

  • It's possible to choose up to three positions at once.

  • After choosing the Hour option, you cannot select additional options.

  • The limit for lines (records) in the report is 30.

  • If you don’t see the + icon, it means the system has no data to group.

Shared report

If you don't want to grant access to one of your partners to your Admin panel, you can generate a shared report link for specific statistics data and share it with your partner. Click the Get link button to copy the link to the clipboard.

🔎 Shared report link lifespan equals three days.
