Before you begin

Before you start setting up the integration, you need to create an offer and affiliate for this integration. Since you set up the Affise tracking link on TikTok, it works as your affiliate.

TikTok is currently having a big impact on world advertising trends. It is a perfect fit for brands to vastly broaden their audience, especially with those of 18-24 years old, who make up almost half of TikTok users.

Set up a TikTok ad

To connect TikTok ads to Affise, you first need to create an ad in TikTok.

Follow the steps below to create an ad:

  1. In your Ads Manager profile, select Campaign in the top menu.

  2. Click the Ad tab, and then click Create.

  3. Select Traffic as your advertising objective. Also, you can set up budget limits for your ad.

  4. Select Website as your promotion type.

  5. Activate the Use TikTok Pixel to track your website checkbox and select or create a pixel.

  6. Manage other ad settings and set up targeting that should be the same as in your Affise offer.

  7. Add the Ad name and other details.

  8. On Affise, generate a tracking URL on the offer preview page, and use this link as a destination page.

9. Make payment for your ad and finish.

Set up a TikTok pixel

To create a TikTok pixel and share it with your partner on Affise, follow the steps below:

  1. In your Ads Manager profile, click Assets > Events.

  2. In the Web Events box, click Manage.

  3. Click Create pixel and select TikTok pixel as the connection method.

  4. Enter the pixel name and select Manually Install Pixel Code.

  5. Select Developer Mode for more customization.

  6. Wait for your pixel and copy it.

7. Complete your pixel setup.

8. When you copied the pixel, you can send it to your affiliate directly. Also, you can add a pixel to the offer page on the Affise Affiliate panel:

a. Click Add Pixel.

b. In the appeared window, indicate the name, insert your pixel in the Code field, and select its type (javascript).

⚠️ Since you integrate with your partner using JavaScript pixel, integrate with your advertiser using JavaScript pixel too.

9. Follow the statistics on your pixel activity.
