Before you begin

Create a billing

To create a billing for advertisers, do the following:

  1. Go to the Billing section and select the Advertisers division.

  2. Click the Create invoice button. You can see the Create invoice form:

  3. In the Advertiser field, select the advertiser for which you want to create an invoice.

  4. In the Period field, select the start and end dates for the invoice in the correspondent fields. The system automatically defines the start date according to the last invoice date or first day of Statistics.

  5. In the Status field, select the invoice status:

    • Unpaid: after clicking Save, you can remove or edit the bill.

    • Paid: after clicking Save, it's impossible to change or remove the bill.

  6. In the Currency field, select the invoice currency. Read more about it here.

  7. Optional. In the Note field, add a note.

  8. In the Offer field of the Details form, select the offer ID/title.

  9. Optional. In the Payout type field, specify the payout type for the conversions:

    • RPA: revenue per action.

    • RPS: revenue per sale.

    • RPA + RPS: revenue per action + revenue per sale.

    • RPC: revenue per click.

    • RPM: revenue per mile (1000 impressions).

  10. In the Actions field, enter the number of conversions.

  11. In the Amount field, enter the sum amount of conversions.

  12. Optional. In the Note field, add a note.

  13. To generate the billing, do one of the following:

    • To create it manually, click the Add button and fill all the fields manually, according to needed numbers and data.

    • To auto generation, click the Generate button. The system fills all the fields automatically based on Statistics. It takes only conversion with Approved status.

  14. Click Save.
