You can create billings for advertisers to summarize the total revenue from them. At the end of the accounting period, you can easily generate invoices for selected advertisers.

To work with billings for advertisers, go to Billing > Advertisers:

🔎 You can read about permissions for this section here.

Billing section

In the Billing section, you can create a billing for an advertiser by clicking the Create invoice button. Once specifying the invoice data and saving the invoice, you can see it in the invoices table:

where:

  • Number: the ID of the invoice, which you can find in the User activity log.

  • Advertiser: the advertiser for which you created an invoice.

  • Amount: the sum of money.

  • Created at: the date of invoice creation.

  • Start date: the date of the last invoice or the first day of Statistics.

  • End date: the date you set up when creating the invoice.

  • Status: the status of the invoice.

  • Actions: you can edit, remove, and export invoices.

Edit billing

To change an already existed invoice, open it, and change the fields.

⚠️ You can edit only Unpaid invoices.

Remove billing

You can delete the invoice by clicking the dedicated button. After that, you can generate future invoices that use Statistics from this time period.

Export billing

To export the invoice, click the dedicated button, and then click the PDF:

You can see logs on the billing for advertisers. Go to Users > User activity log. There are the following changes:

  • Payment advertiser new.

  • Payment advertiser edit.

  • Payment advertiser delete.

Read more about User Activity log here.

🔎 Keep in mind that the advertiser can't see the invoice in the Affise account.

You can manage billings for advertisers via API by using these methods:

https://api.affise.com/docs3.1/#advertiser-billing-managing-admin-methods

🔎 The usage of the methods correlates with permissions. If you're an Account Manager, you can get the list of billings via API for only your advertiser, even having Deny access.
