Test pixel integration
In case of pixel integration, you need to test pixel integration with your advertiser first.
An affiliate pixel is triggered as soon as the Affise pixel is triggered. So, to check whether an affiliate gets conversion info correctly, you need to make sure that an Affise pixel on the success page works well.
Check whether your affiliate got a successful postback in Statistics > Affiliates postbacks.
🔎 You can get affiliate postbacks with status codes other than 200. This means there's some error on the affiliate side. Contact your affiliate directly to know the error.
In case of HTTP 4xx and 5xx errors (e.g. 404, 500), the system performs five retry attempts with an incremental delay of +2 seconds between each attempt.
The retry schedule is as follows:
1st retry: 2 seconds
2nd retry: 4 seconds (from the 6th second)
3rd retry: 6 seconds (from the 12th second)
4th retry: 8 seconds (from the 20th second)
5th retry: 10 seconds (from the 30th second)
