When you set up your Admin panel, you can manage special options to ensure the protection of your business.
Security
The Security settings are located here: Settings > Settings > Security.
where:
IP whitelist: allowed IP address to use your Admin panel. You can add several IPs separated by commas or IP range with a hyphen.
Secure postback code: code to protect against conversion fraud.
If you generate the code, advertiser postbacks without this code are zero-filled and not counted. Add &secure=SECURE_CODE to your postback to get conversions successfully.
🔎 This option is also available on the Advertiser level and Offer level (Offers > Offer edit page > Postbacks). If you set this option on all three levels, then all enabled levels work. There's no priority at all.
Ignore secure code: this checkbox allows postbacks with secure code if it is not generated on the platform.
Enable IP and device check for user session: this checkbox allows to monitor an IP address and device for the last user session. If an IP address or device changes, the system requests to Sign in.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Enable Two-factor authentication for affiliates: security measure for affiliates. How it works:
🔎 Affiliates can enable or disable the 2FA authentication in the Affiliate panel (Profile > Security). If you enable the option in the Admin panel, the affiliate can't disable it in their panel.
Enable Two-factor authentication for admin panel users: security measure for the Admin panel users. How it works:
Users insert their login and password.
They get the form to insert the code into. The code is located in their mailbox.
⚠️ The code is valid only for ten minutes. If the code expired, click the Resend button. The button appears in 60 seconds after a user or affiliate got redirected to this form.
