There are several ways for you to reach your manager regarding some questions. Affise provides a ticket system, which helps get access to the offer or ask a question on any other topic.
You can also find your manager's contacts, such as the phone number, Skype contacts, etc., and contact the manager directly.
Before you begin
Create a ticket
Go to Support.
Click Create ticket.
In the Type drow-down menu, select the type, which your question belongs to.
In the Title field, type your question briefly.
In the Description field, describe your question in details.
Optional. Click Choose a file, if you want to attach a file. Affise supports the following formats: .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, .ZIP. Maximum size of each file is 5 MB.
Click Create ticket.
Once your manager replies, you will see a ticket with the answer in the Support section. The system highlights the new answer:
