On Affise, you have several helping tools in the Support menu. The tools allow you to write e-mails to the customer care team, get to various documentation, and address your dedicated manager. Also, you can get the latest news via the menu.

  • You can send an e-mail to [email protected] to address the Affise customer care team.

  • Get Help: Affise knowledge base with the collections of articles and guides.

  • API documentation: API 3.1 documentation with all the instructions and types of requests to help you work via API.

  • News & Changelog: list of news from the Affise team about new features, improvements, etc.

  • You can see the name of your Customer Success manager and send an e-mail to their indicated address.

  • Schedule a call: you can book a call with your Customer Success manager in Calendly.

  • Terms of Use: terms and conditions of use of the website https://affise.com/ and the software offered through it.
