On Affise, you have a set of your default domains for the admin panel, affiliate panel, impressions tracking, clicks tracking, and API. Once your instance on Affise is created, you receive the full pack of these domains, which contain your company's name.
In case of rebranding, you might need to change your company's name in all default domains. Affise provides you with such an opportunity for an additional fee.
💰 The process of default domains changing requires an additional fee. Refer to your account manager to get more information.
Before you begin
Change default domains
1. Provide the new name of your company to the Customer Support team via the live-chat or the e-maill: [email protected].
🔎 All new default domains will have the same structure. The only thing which will be different is your company's name.
2. Wait until your account manager contacts you regarding the fee.
3. Pay for the full set of default domains, and provide the confirmation to your account manager.
4. Wait until the support agent reaches you and confirms the successful domains changing.
🔎 Both old and new sets of default domain will work. However, it is not possible to ensure the auto redirect from the old domain to the new one, and vice versa.
