Two-factor authentication is an additional security measure, which supposes two stages of signing in: entering an email and a password, and entering a special unique code, which you receive to your email box.
This measure ensures additional security for your account on Affise. We recommend switching the feature on.
Before you begin
Get a smartlink
Go to Smartlinks > All.
Select the smartlink, which you want to work with, and left-click it. Proceed with one of the following steps:
If the smartlink is public, click the Copy icon to get the link.
If the smartlink is premoderated, in the text field, type the reason, why you want to get this smartlink. Then, click Apply. The system creates a new ticket for your request. Your account manager needs to check the ticket and approve/reject your request. You will find the result in the Support section.
