Build a custom report in the Advanced events slice

Before you begin

In the Advanced events slice of statistics, you can configure custom columns, selecting additional attributes to have a personalized report.

Build a custom report

To add a custom column, do the following:

  1. On the Statistics page, select the Advanced events tab.

  2. Click Add Column.

  3. Select the needed metric from the list.

  4. Select the needed options in the drop-down lists.

  5. Click Apply.

The system adds a new custom column to the table.

Cases

Case 1. You want to see the number of approved registrations.

Do the following:

  1. On the Statistics page, select the Advanced events tab.

  2. Click Add Column.

  3. Select the Conversions amount metric.

  4. In the opened window, do the following:

    a. In the in status drop-down list, select the Approved status.

    b. In the with goal drop-down list, select the Registration goal.

    c. Click Apply.

You see the Approved Registration Amount column, which represents the number of registrations with the Approved status.

Case 2. You want to see the total revenue for pending conversions.

Do the following:

  1. On the Statistics page, select the Advanced events tab.

  2. Click Add Column.

  3. Select the Conversions earnings metric.

  4. In the opened window, do the following:

    a. In the in status drop-down list, select the Pending status.

    b. In the with goal drop-down list, select the All option.

    c. Click Apply.

You see the Pending Earnings column, which represents the total revenue for the conversions in the Pending status.

Case 3. You want to see the conversion rate between clicks and registrations.

Do the following:

  1. On the Statistics page, select the Advanced events tab.

  2. Click Add Column.

  3. Select the Conversion rate metric.

  4. In the opened window, do the following:

    a. In the From drop-down list, select Conversions amount.

    b. In the in status drop-down list, select the Total option.

    c. In the with goal drop-down list, select the Registration goal.

    d. In the To drop-down list, select Clicks.

    e. Click Apply.

You see the Total Registration Amount/Clicks column, which represents the ratio between registration amount and clicks in percentage.
