Before you begin

Set up customized permissions

If you want to change the default platform permissions, go to Users > Users Management > a certain user > Permissions.

🔎 For the permissions with the Read/Write and Deny lists, the logic is the following:

  • If you have the Deny permission, but you add subjects (affiliates, advertisers, affiliate managers, etc. ) in the Read/Write list, you can commit actions with these subjects only.

  • If you have the Read/Write permission, but you add subjects (affiliates, advertisers, affiliate managers, etc. ) in the Deny list, you can commit actions with all the subjects except the ones in the list.

This article describes how to give the most frequent permissions to the user.

Access to offers

If you want your user to see the Offers section, you need the permissions: Users > Advertisers editing > Read/Write.

If you want your user to see and edit the offers in the Offers section, you need the permissions: Users > Advertisers editing > Write.

⚠️ For all offer-related activities like filtering statistics by tags, you need the Advertisers editing permission too.

Access to the Affiliate panel

If you want your user to access the Affiliate panel, you need the permissions: Users > Affiliates editing > Read.

Access to the Testing tool

If you want an affiliate manager to use the testing tool, but don't want them to see all your affiliates, you need the permissions: Users > Affiliates editing > Read and Write lists.

  • Statistics > Daily stats > Read.

  • Statistics > Affiliates stats > Read.

  • Statistics > Advertisers stats > Read.

  • Statistics > Conversions list > Read/Write.

  • Statistics > Conversions export > Read.
