The payment might have three statuses on Affise. To check it, go to Statistics > Referrals > Status column.
⚠️ Note the difference between these two columns:
Active: concerns the billing status of the referral affiliate.
Status: concerns the billing status of the main affiliate.
Referral payment statuses
Status in Statistics | Active | Billing |
Payout | No | The referral affiliate sent conversions to the system, but you didn't create billings for affiliates. |
Payout | No | You created the billing for the referral affiliate. |
Payout | Yes | You closed* the billing for the referral affiliate. |
Pending | Yes | You created the billing for the main affiliate. It has any status except Completed. |
Paid | Yes | You closed* the billing for the main affiliate. |
*The closed billing is the billing with the Completed status.
