Conversion logs

Conversions activity log provides visibility into all actions and changes related to conversions. It shows who made the change and when it occurred, helping you track updates over time. You can also view details about what was changed, making it easier to monitor conversion activity and review the history of modifications.

🔎 Activity log stores records for one year.


Conversions activity log

To find the activity log, go to Statistics > Conversions > Activity log.

Here you can view the following columns:

  • Action type: type of action performed on a conversion:

    • Update

    • Create

  • Service: service that initiated the action:

    • Import

    • API

  • Call method: specific source or process that triggered the action:

    • API

    • Billing

    • Hold Processor

    • Fraud

    • Import

  • Comment: technical comment added by the service.

  • Conversion ID: conversion ID.

  • External ID: external ID.

  • User: user ID and email.

  • Created at: date and time when the action was recorded.

  • Changed field: conversion field that was modified.
