Usually, agencies and media buying teams have several individuals managing traffic and a dedicated manager overseeing metrics and performance data. With affiliate sub accounts, there's no longer a need to manually gather data from team members or log into individual accounts one by one.

Affiliate sub accounts streamline the process by consolidating all statistics in one place, giving you a comprehensive view of your affiliates' performance effortlessly.

💰 The Affiliates sub accounts feature is only available for certain plans. Contact your Affise account manager to get the feature.

Affiliate sub accounts

The Sub Accounts menu provides a list of sub accounts linked to the master account.

You can use the sub account link to register new sub accounts. Any affiliate who signs up using this link automatically becomes a sub account of the master account.

🔎 Master account: an affiliate account with one or more sub accounts linked to it.

Sub account: an affiliate account linked to a master account. Its statistics are shared to the master account, and its status can be managed (banned/active) by the master account.

In the list of sub accounts, you can see ID of the referral affiliate, referral name, email, date of registration, and current affiliate status.

You can change the status of sub account by selecting it in the Change Status drop-down list.

As a master account, you can view aggregated statistics for all sub accounts and the master account itself directly from the Affiliate panel.

⚠️ Keep in mind that all statistics are aggregated for both the master account and its sub accounts. To maintain clear and accurate data, it's crucial to set up your account setup carefully (for example, avoid using the master account for direct traffic generation).
