On Affise, you can register and/or sign in to your profile via your Google account (mail). Just indicate the email domain, define the default role for a new user, and switch on the option for signing in. It may save your time for this routine action.

πŸ’° The option is available only for certain plans. Contact your Affise account manager to get the feature.

Set up login via Google

  1. Go to Settings > Google Auth.

  2. Select the Enable Google Auth checkbox to turn the whole feature on. Once it is done, the use sees the Google Authentication form on the log in page.

  3. Insert your company email domain.

⚠️ If you enter a public domain provided by default (e.g. google.com), the system shows an error. Only company signature domain is allowed.

4. Optional. Select the Auto signup checkbox to let new users register (sign up) via Google.

5. Optional. Define the default type of all users, who register via Google.

6. Optional. Click the Disable login via email and password checkbox if you want your users not to have access to Affise if their Google accounts are disabled.

πŸ”Ž If the Enable Google Auth and the Disable login via email and password checkboxes are selected, and the email domain of the user matches the domain in the Confirmed domains list, then the user sees the following message when clicking Sign in on the login page: "Please use Sign in with Google option to sign in".

7. Click Save.
