Set up CR automation

Before you begin

Create a rule

  1. In Automation > CR Automation, click +.

  2. In the appeared window, set all the necessary options:

    1. Select an advertiser or several advertisers.

    2. Add offers of the indicated advertisers if necessary, or leave the field empty to check all offers.

    3. Select the period for your rule to work.

    4. Set the conversion threshold.

    5. Select the schema for your rule.

    6. Select the affiliates if necessary, or leave the field empty to check all affiliates.

    7. Set CR threshold: the min and max % for your rule to work.

    8. Check the Notify affiliate option if necessary.

  3. Click Save to save a rule and add it to the rule list.
    Click - to delete a rule.

Example rule

For example, you have concerns regarding the sub2 values your affiliates send. You can set up a rule like this:

The rule works the following way:

For example, you created a rule at 12:50.

As the CR automation works with full hours, the rule starts working at 13:00. From 13:00 to 14:00, the system checks statistics for the last three hours (11:00 - 14:00). It checks CR and the presence of 15 conversions indicated in the rule for the indicated advertiser, offer, and affiliates.

If at 14:00 the CR rate is lower than 30% or higher than 60%, the sub2 value is blocked.

At the next hour (14:00 - 15:00), the rule works the same way again and checks statistics for the last three hours (12:00 - 15:00), and so on.

Change log

Use the Change log to see the information on when a rule was added, updated, and deleted.

Click the Click to see option to get more details on what was changed for a specific rule.
