Set up KPI automation

Before you begin

Create a rule

  1. In Automation > KPI Automation, you can see the window with the fields.

  2. In the window, set all the necessary options:

    1. Select an offer or several offers.

    2. Select an action you want your automation to perform.

    3. Select affiliates and subs if necessary.

    4. Select the goals: subsequent and initial.

    5. Set the percentage.

    6. Select the range for the system to check statistics.

    7. Click the Notify manager toggle to notify an Affiliate manager of the changes made by your rule.

  3. Click the checkmark to save a rule and add it to the rule list.
    Click the cross to delete a rule.

Example rule

For example, you have concerns regarding the conversions that are registered for your offer. You can set up a rule like this:

The rule works the following way:

For example, you created a rule at 10:55.

As the KPI automation works with full hours, the rule starts working at 11:00. From 11:00 to 12:00, the system checks statistics for the last 24 hours (12:00 - 12:00). It checks KPI percentage according to the formula indicated in the rule for the indicated offer.

In the rule, goal 2 is purchase for the selected offer, and goal 1 is install. At 12:00, the system checks statistics and sees 12 conversions with the purchase goal, and 50 conversions with the install goal. The KPI rate is 24 %, which is lower than 50%. The system changes the statuses of the conversions with the purchase goal to Declined.

At the next hour (12:00 - 13:00), the rule works the same way again and checks statistics for the last 24 hours, and so on.

Change log

Use the Change log to see the information on when a rule was added, updated, and deleted.
