Before you begin:

This article describes detailed steps for setting up an offer schedule with different rules.

Set up an offer schedule

Create a basic rule

  1. Go to Offers > a certain offer > Edit offer.

  2. Select the Offer sсhedule checkbox.

  3. If you want the offer to be active from 20:00 to 23:00 every Tuesday and Wednesday only, click on the following cells:

  4. In the Start at field, select the date from which the schedule starts.

  5. Optional. In the Stop date field, select the date on which the schedule ends.

  6. In the Timezone field, select the timezone for the schedule.

  7. Click Save.

Create a rule with peculiarities

  1. Go to Offers > a certain offer > Edit offer.

  2. Select the Offer sсhedule checkbox.

  3. If you want the offer which is paused according to Offer Schedule to become active from 14:00 to 16:00, click on the following cells:

⚠️ You must set the schedule at the time before the chosen period (in this case, before 14:00). If you set it at 14:30, the system doesn't activate the schedule. If you want the offer to be active during new active hours anyway, make it active manually/via API/via CPAPI. The status will remain until the next pause period (in this case, from 14:00 to 19:00).

  4. In the Start at field, select the date from which the schedule starts.

  5. Optional. In the Stop date field, select the date on which the schedule ends.

  6. In the Timezone field, select the timezone for the schedule.

  7. Click Save.

The system activates the offer at 14:00. It is active till 16:00, and then paused from 16:00 till 19:00.

Create a rule with start at/stop date

  1. Go to Offers > a certain offer > Edit offer.

  2. Select the Offer sсhedule checkbox.

  3. If you want the offer becomes active for several hours, and then have paused period, click on the according cells. The schedule might look like that:

  4. In the Start at field, select the date from which the schedule starts (e.g., 20 of October).

  5. In the Stop date field, select the date on which the schedule ends (e.g., 31 of October).

  6. In the Timezone field, select the timezone for the schedule.

  7. Click Save.

In this example, when the 20th of October comes, the system activates the offer at 00:00. At 3:00, the system pauses the offer. When the 31st of October comes, the offer schedule stops working. The system totally pauses the offer at 00:00.
