Set up Appnext as your affiliate in Affiliates > Affiliate management.
Set up Appnext postback on the affiliate edit page.
Appnext postback URL example:

Affise tracking URL
Update the Affise Tracking URL the following way:
https://rocketcompany.g2afse.com/click?pid=2&offer_id=101&sub1={sub_pub_source}&sub2={clickid}&sub3={android_id}&sub4={device_id}
To do that, insert additional macros in Offers > a certain offer > Tracking > Additional macro: sub2={clickid}&sub1={sub_pub_source}&sub3={android_id}&sub4={device_id}.
