There are some reasons why you get logged out of the system:

  • Device change detected

  • IP change detected

  • Two-factor session expired

  • Two-factor authorization is not complete

  • Generating new code failed

  • Panel blocked until client pay invoice

If you gеt logged out of the system, you will see an explanatory message about the reason.

Below you can find several ways to avoid the logout situation of the system.

Make sure that you meet all the following solutions:

1. Make sure you’re the only one using your account. It is required for each user to have his account, as they are obliged to accept T&C and EUA. This is normal expected behavior for any online system.

2. When you change your device or switch from wi-fi to mobile carrier, it is normal behavior that you will get logged out. This is again security protection against fraudsters that can interrupt user sessions. This can be easily explained as a basic internet security rules.

3. When your IP changes it is normal behavior that you will get logged out. Why you get logged out when your IP changes? IP is also a part of the unique “stamp” of your accepting our T&C, EUA, and privacy policy.

4. If you don't complete the Two-factor authorization or don't enter the 2FA code, and the session expires, you will get logged out. Make sure that you completed it.

5. You will not get logged out until you don't pay an invoice. Make sure that you paid it.

6. There is an IP whitelist entered in the 'Settings' section. IP whitelist - allowed IP for using the admin panel. Make sure that your IP is entered in this field; otherwise, you will get log out if the IP whitelist option is already used in your Affise account. You can manage IP whitelist in 'Settings' section - > 'Security' - > 'IP whitelist' field:

❗ Only the General manager has access to the 'Settings' section.

7. You have the option "Enable IP and device check for user session" enabled, thus once it is checked, a user will be logged out from the system in case there's a login attempt from another device or IP address. This may also happen if you're using a VPN or your Internet connection assumes dynamic IP addresses usage.

You can disable the option in 'Settings' section - > 'Security' - > 'Enable IP and device check for user session' checkbox:
