Affise allows you to invite your Advertisers to the platform and provide them with limited access to the platform and possibility to change the status of "pending" conversions, which is useful for e-commerce.

Advertisers can't edit campaigns or reports. They don't see the payouts you've put for your Affiliates or any other connected info, just the expenses for their campaigns.

Sharing a registration link

This way suits if you want your advertisers to get access to Affise on their own. The advertiser will register in the Admin panel, and his profile will appear in the Advertiser's list:

To enable this opportunity, go to Settings -> Advertisers -> Registration and select the Registration flag:

When the flag is enabled, you can go to Advertisers section.

Click Registration link, and the link to the registration form is copied to the clipboard.

You can share the link with the advertiser, who would like to have a profile in Affise. Once the advertiser follows the link, he gets to the registration form (registration page).

Once the advertiser fills in all the forms and clicks Create account, his profile appears in the list of advertisers in the Admin panel. He will be redirected to the Sign in page.

You also observe the Sign in button. You can sign in as an advertiser and check what he actually sees.

Here you can learn more about the process of advertiser's registration.

Sharing a password

This way suits if you want to share access to Affise with the advertiser on your own.

The advertiser won't register, he will only use the password created by Affise automatically.

❗ This way requires creating an advertiser's profile in Affise. See our detailed guide on Advertiser creation.

The Email field is mandatory to share a password with the advertiser.

After creating an advertiser's profile, you need to provide them with credentials by clicking on the Send password button:

The password will be sent to the advertiser from the email, indicated in Settings -> Email.

The Advertiser will get a confirmation email and will have an opportunity to log in to Affise system via the Admin panel.
